100% inspection of finished goods
That’s right; every single Air Inflatables unit is inspected personally by our UK team. We apply a 45 point inspection to every inflatable manufactured. Our inspection process covers stitching, PVC, thread and digital printing. We firmly believe that no other manufacturer offers such high levels of inspection and quality assurance.
Quality Assurance of component materials
Every batch of component materials that enters our production facility is inspected. We inspect PVC, webbing, thread and digital printing to ensure that our component materials are of the highest quality.
Additionally, we have our PVC tested every 6 months by internationally recognised independent test houses to ensure BSEN:14960 compliance.

Our team of inflatable designers stem from Inflatable World Leisure, one of the UK’s highest quality manufacturers. Using Inflatable World Leisure’s expertise and knowledge we have developed a range of high quality inflatables which have been proven in the UK and European Market.

Engineered Products
Air Inflatables engineer each and every one of our products to ensure that during normal use our products remain in good condition and fault free. We do this by PVC reinforcing all high load and stress areas and by using exceptionally strong and lightweight material on all ties. Additionally, on all our designs we add extra webbing (where necessary) and submit our designs to rigorous in field testing.
We believe that by implementing our engineered approach that you simply cannot find such a high quality, high specification bouncy castle for the same price anywhere else in Europe.
